Losing sleep or losing it big time?

A wierd thing happened to me today. I was looking back for a specific poem to re-post. Despite it being listed twice amongst my tags, I was unable to retrieve it. Even more strange, I kept getting the message that the post didn't exist. This was frustrating but I wasn't going to give up.

I scrolled through pages and pages of poems and eventually found the last time I'd posted it. This is how the post started:

For Ed (Wensum24)
Welcome back! Here's a poem that meant so much to Kiki during your 'darkest days'. As I said the last time I posted it "this one is especially for those who are far apart from each other".

This worried me because I haven't heard from Ed or Kiki for ages and wonder if anyone has any news from either of them?

In the meantime here's that poem:

Whilst I’m asleep

Whilst I’m asleep
I feel your eyes on me
I sense your gaze
Although I cannot see
Whilst I’m asleep
I know you call to me
You speak my name
Though you are far from me
Whilst I’m asleep
You gently touch my cheek
I know it sounds absurd
You make me go all weak
Whilst I’m asleep
Your arms around me fold
You’re there to keep me safe
And from the bitter cold
Whilst I’m asleep

Funnily enough I was only thinking of them both earlier today and wondering where they were!

This is so spooky - I've just had to re-tag this post something else (zz) because it cannot be accessed using the "Whilst I'm Asleep" tag!

I pm'd kiki, or sent word to her somehow a short while ago, saying I'd not seen anything from her etc etc, but didn't get a response, a short while later I saw a post from her, but nothing since. A mystery.

I did the same too!

Last I heard of Ed he was going for further spinal surgery. Usually his dad steps in and lets us know of any problems.

I don't know of Ed, but that's a worry. I hope he and Kikki are ok. It's a shame there's no way of finding out.

Saw a post last year from someone saying she'd taken a load of pills and wasn't feeling right, was scared. I wrote she should phone the doctor I think. I don't know what happened to her, I was new here and didn't think of noting her blog address.

You just have to wonder, hope they're ok, wish them well, send a little prayer out even, then let it go, cause there's nothing we can do.
