Nights and mornings have a distinct chill just now. This morning I struggled to get up out of bed and felt like hibernating until spring. There's something very special about cuddling up in bed. This one is especially for those who are far apart from each other. Out of sight but definitely not out of mind!

Whilst I’m asleep
I feel your eyes on me
I sense your gaze
Although I cannot see
Whilst I’m asleep
I know you call to me
You speak my name
Though you are far from me
Whilst I’m asleep
You gently touch my cheek
I know it sounds absurd
You make me go all weak
Whilst I’m asleep
Your arms around me fold
You’re there to keep me safe
And from the bitter cold
Whilst I’m asleep
