It can happen to anyone. We've probably all been here, done it and got the scars to prove it! Here's two sides of the same coin.
He's Gone
Gone
He left
A long note
He said that "we"
Could never be "one"
My hopes lay in tatters
Now nothing else matters
I'm perplexed, lonely and broken
Perhaps "we" should have spoken? He's gone.

I'm perplexed, lonely and broken
Perhaps "we" should have spoken? She's gone.

“That has a lot of truth in it... and is very sad too”... Sara-d 2/3/2007
“Oh dear too much emotion for the midnight hour. What can anyone say because you express the totality of loneliness at least in a few of your poems. It reminds me of staring out of my flat in St Andrews over the old Railway Station [ now no more ] many moons ago unable to believe what had happened to me !!!! “ Davidjohn 8/3/2007
